When discussing, please mention raid size (10/25) and difficulty (normal/heroic).

Lock soulswap for when boss gets activated.
If guild is doing burn strat NV and Incarnation might be better than anything else, boss dies QUICK.

When soaking the orbs for tanks (if thats your job) make sure u get an entire side at least. Had issues with people popping one orb and running back, making it really hard for tanks to slip out.
