Damage % bonuses removed after shapeshifting

This is a bad bug I stumbled on tanks to a dude from the EU (Vularo). It seems if we shapeshift we lose the SR buff benefit even though the buff stays up. This continues until SR is refreshed. Same goes for TF. This really hurts PVP, and it hurts Incarnation testing as Incarnation is considered a shapeshift. I have posted this up on the bug forums. If anyone else can confirm, and post logs that would be really helpful. This issue has been around for over a month so we need to get some attention on this.
