dual procs on weapons

Just a noob question, for which I can't find the answer for now, and doesn't have the stuff to try by myself :

Guess you got two times the same good staff, one whith berserk, the other with mongoose.
Swaping weapon can provide you uptimes for each enchants efficently ? Or is there a limitation to this ?

I tried swapping idoles but +200 agi and +45agi-stackables, are both the same buff "agile". So it doesn't seem to work.

But on weapon the question is différent, as you don't want two simultanious enchant procs, but just have a rotation of their both internal cooldowns.

I'd have to double check, but I believe swapping weapons activates a hidden ICD, so you won't be able to stack the buffs how you'd like.

Every time you switch your weapon you interrupt your swing timer.
So loose out on a likely 2.5~3k white dmg crit. (Crit should be well over 50%)

In order to counteract that - Would need to make good use of the procs!
Not sure if there's a generic weapon proc CD- Can't imagine there would be due to DW classes... Just not sure if it would be worth doing.
The procs themselves do not add nearly as much DPS as managing the 'rotation' well.
