So, I'm a bit confused... According to http://www.mmo-champion.com/content/296 ... uild-16139 (scroll down), we got a buff in shred, mangle, and ravage abilities, and a nerf in rake. When I logged on a while ago, the tooltip reflected this, but I never saw anything in today's patch notes about it. Can somebody clarify this for me?

Well there is a tweet from Ghostcrawler right above the changes that said all of those changes were already implemented ages ago and they were just tooltip changes.
