Weapon enchant

With the changes to the way Weapon enchants now work in 5.1, which is the best one now? Is it still Dancing Steel? It seems so expensive so among the 3 that are suitable for ferals which would be the ranking between : Dancing steel, Windsong and Elemental Force?

Dancing Steel improved significantly for us in 5.1. Yes it is still the best enchant.
