Screaming Tiger, Qiang’s Unbreakable Polearm VS Gao-Rei, Sta

Hi, again, just a quick question regarding weapons, i have Screaming Tiger, Qiang’s Unbreakable Polearm (Normal) and Gao-Rei, Staff of the Legendary Protector (LFR) with Sha gem. And after my reading it's seems like the LFR weapon Gao-Rei, Staff of the Legendary Protector are better if the Sha agi gem are in, is that really correct?

I loaded you into Catus (my sim), and sim'd your gear exactly as-is raid buffed with the latest action list. Then, I swapped your weapon with 2/2-upgraded normal Screaming Tiger, reforged your gear, and sim'd it again.

This sim (always 3 berserks during combat) shows LFR Gao-Rei as 1.9% better (see below).
A longer duration fight showed 0.5-1.0% (data not included here).
