gear question - break tier?

I have a 4 piece bonus from 4 496 tier items. i don't have a fifth, which is the shoulders. I use Heroic Netherrealm Shoulderpads at the moment. I will hopefully get that token sooner or later.

But tonight i got Heroic Chestguard of Total Annihilation on a roll. It is an upgrade.. but will break the 4 piece bonus. That 4 second bonus to rip.... I am wondering if i should go with the new item or keep the bonus. Is that 4 secs giving me a lot.. well more than quality of life. Or should I go for the Chest.. since the stats are better? ah well. wondered what peoples opinions are. thanks for your input!

4 piece will be better on paper. Once you get a 4 set it's unlikely you'll ever want to break it (until T15) unless you get some weird loot RNG.

yeah on closer inspection.. i would agree. I just didnt want to shard a piece that would benefit me.
it isnt that much of an upgrade.
i would gain:
71 Agi
106 Sta
57 Armor
833 Haste (1.96%)
[the socket bonus is nice.. +120 agi]

but lose tier bonus and a chunk of mastery. I will stick with the set.
