So in the end, what is best as BiS:
Jinrokh helm + rena + tier chest + iron quon boots (hc tf where possible)
OR
tier helm + juju + ra-den chest + ra-den boots (again, hc tf where possible)

Also, which rings go with which of the set-ups?

I personally think the second option cause pure agility gain, but i might be wrong.

I played around with this a bit today. I'm currently using 4set + Jinrokh helm and Renataki with Horridon's staff. Still got some old pieces like Ji-kun belt and some non-thunderforged pieces. I've mainly wanted to include the ra-den chest into my setup while using the set helm for the set bonus. The only way I found it viable is to use a non-horridon staff (either darkwood or Lei Shen's polearm) to avoid going over the hit cap by more than 600 rating.

I didn't try the ra-den boots but I suppose it would exclude the Lei Shen polearm from the viable weapons above (unless you use bad juju).

if I'm not mistaken then 4set with helm + ra-den chest + ra-den belt + IQ boots + random staff/lei shen staff with rena/RoRo.
