Does anyone know of, or has anyone noticed any nerf to this? I was looking at some recent wologs and my uptime from this proc seems to be around 16% of late. Looking back a month or two ago it was usually around 45%. Nothing has changed fundamentally about my gear or the buffs I receive in the raids to have such an impact.
