4T12 PC stats.

I'm curious if i need more haste or go for a hit capped ? Need some advice please thanks

Pretty much what ever you like. If you want to get hit/exp capped go for it. If you want lots of haste thats ok as well. Just reforge for what ever your play style is. Cause really, it doesn't matter.
