feral 4.2 hotfix

ok so in the hotfix for 4.2 it says
"The Feral druid 4-piece tier-12 set bonus should now interact properly with Primal Madness and Euphoria."
though I'm wondering if it's a mistype with Euphoria because that's a t3 balance, that isn't possible to get to being spec'd into feral. So unless it's a misstype, I'm wondering how does the feral druid 4T12 piece affect Euphoria in feral?

Must be a typo or something, as Euphoria does like...nothing...at all...in relation to feral anyways?

I am guessing the code bug that interacted with Primal Madness was also broken with Euphoria. Because its never exposed in game it would not have come up. I expect that the bug resolution was copied into the 4.2.2 patch notes with out someone taking a look.

It's most likely a mix-up in the patch notes. IIRC 4t12 for balance was also bugged and the extra solar/lunar power from the set bonus was not being doubled by the Euphoria talent.
