What # of mobs becomes worthwile keeping thrash dot up?
Aside from use on OOC procs which (if your reflexes are better than mine
) will often keep it up anyway, at what point is it worth throwing a thrash up. Two mobs like stone guardians? or would you need more to counter the loss of a combo points worth of energy?

To be more precise, as long as you can ensure rake, rip, and savage roar up, you have a discretionary amount of extra energy/combos to use - either on bite, shreds, or thrash. Bite is slightly more DPE but costs combos which at this gearing level we do not have a significant excess of, so unless you're under 25%, under berserk, or had a really lucky strings of ooc so that you have rip & roar both > 15 seconds left and 5 combos already, use thrash to bleed off extra energy instead of bite.
