Monk Soloing?

So like many people, I've decided to reincarnate as a Monk

Anyways, I was wondering what was soloable for them in terms of older content? I'm assuming just about any TBC dungeon/raid, any WOTLK ones (hopefully stuff like the H ICC dungeons?), but how good are they into Cata dungeons and raids? Also, would WW or BM be better?

Well how about a question then...say in Blackwing Lair, can I just one-shot Razorgore with Touch of Death instead of having to deal with the whole fight thing? Or would that just trigger his whole instant death aoe thing?
